NUPRANA LLC is a family-owned company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to conserving our Earth’s most vital and precious resource—WATER.

Like many places in the United States, water sources in New Mexico are rapidly being depleted due to population growth and big companies who use large amounts of water for their manufacturing and refining processes. Despite pessimistic predictions about the fate of the region’s water, most new homes and businesses continue to use faucets that just meet federal standards, and the old ones rarely update their fixtures. It is also common to see excess water running through the streets from people watering their lawns at noon or washing their cars. Here in the desert!

We watched this and wondered what will happen to our son’s generation—where will they get their water? What contaminants will it contain? So we started NUPRANA after realizing how easy it was to save water through simple adaptations to our home’s water fixtures. If we all begin to decrease our water consumption through these simple measures, we can make a difference for the generations to come.

At NUPRANA our objective is to make saving water as easy as possible for households across the country. We also seek to empower families and individuals to take action to protect their community’s water sources.
